It all started when…

Chef Anh Luu had her first and only Phở pop up in the Spring of 2015 and with some left over ingredients the Phởrrito was born. Once at home she grabbed some rice noodles, bean sprouts, cilantro, tender eye of round then wrapped it all in a tortilla with a side of Phở sauce to dip into. The idea took over a year to perfect and has developed into our most success full Pop-up dish yet!
